We do not collect debts that are regulated under the Consumer Credit Act. Consequently we are not registered with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). However, we do abide by their guidelines.
In addition we are registered under the Data Protection Act to receive and use the information supplied by our Clients.
We are a full member of the Credit Services Association and are bound by their Code of Conduct.
Our philosophy is to achieve results by negotiation rather than confrontation. In the current economic climate the ability to negotiate, set up and constantly monitor repayment plans is of paramount importance when individuals have limited means to repay their debts.

We tailor our collection procedures to suit both the individual client and the particular debt type. Whilst they are all "debts" the ability to offer a collection process to suit each particular debt type enables us to achieve higher than average success rates.
