We do not collect debts that are regulated under the Consumer Credit Act. Consequently we are not registered with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). However, we do abide by their guidelines.
In addition we are registered under the Data Protection Act to receive and use the information supplied by our Clients.
We are a full member of the Credit Services Association and are bound by their Code of Conduct.
Collection Process
Our philosophy is to achieve results by negotiation rather than confrontation. In the current economic climate the ability to negotiate, set up and constantly monitor repayment plans is of paramount importance when individuals have limited means to repay their debts.
In addition, to make it easy to pay we offer a number of payment methods, including two secure on-line payment sites for Sterling and Euros that enable payments to be made 24/7, 365 days a year.
We tailor our collection procedures to suit both the individual client and the particular debt type. Whilst they are all "debts" the ability to offer a collection process to suit each particular debt type enables us to achieve higher than average success rates.
We work with our Clients to agree the recovery approach we will adopt with their outstanding accounts, ensuring that we take into account the additional factors that are important to them.

What makes us different from other agencies?
We are small enough to treat all Clients on an individual basis, by assigning a specific member of our Collections Team as a daily contact.
But, we are also large enough to handle substantial volumes of debts of all values anywhere in the world. In addition, we work hard to build long term relationships with our Clients to provide each of them with a bespoke recovery process that is regularly reviewed to ensure that it continues to meet their individual requirements.
